Dallas Arms Collectors Association is a non-profit organization that believes educating our youth as well as the community as a whole is part of being a responsible arms collector.
Every year, thousands of youth and adults in Texas become certified through Texas Parks & Wildlife Department hunter education. The Texas Hunter Education Certification lasts a lifetime and is recognized by all states and provinces requiring hunter education. Every hunter in Texas (including out-of-state hunters) born on or after Sept. 2, 1971, must successfully complete a recognized Hunter Education Training Course.
Minimum age of certification is 9 years of age.
Hunter Education courses have helped to reduce the number and severity of accidents for hunters worldwide. If you plan to take to the outdoors to hunt, we recommend this course for both hunters and hunting companions. No matter your age or experience…everyone can learn something with a proper attitude. Safety is never by accident.
As a non-profit organization Dallas Arms Collectors Association gives back to the community in many ways one of which is by providing – FREE Texas Parks and Wildlife Hunter Education to anyone 17 years of age or younger.
The Team of Texas Parks & Wildlife Hunter Education instructors that teaches at the Market Hall Show is provided by The Texas Training Crew and is made up of Professional Instructors that are all background checked, vetted and Certified by the State of Texas.
